OFFICIAL RULES – “Win a Free Case of Sova” Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Sova, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit your email address through the official giveaway form at [your website URL] between [start date] and [end date] (the “Entry Period”). Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) case of Sova (12 cans total). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $39.00. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.
